Водка “Stolichnaya” и “Moskovskaya” принадлежат на Русия - Vodkas "Stolichnaya" and "Moskovskaya" belong to Russia

Marques Class 46 публикува интересна новина за казус относно притежанието на марки “Stolichnaya” и “Moskovskaya”.
Спорът е между  Spirits притежание на Yuri Shefler от една страна и Руската Федерация от друга.
Според Русия двете марки са придобити незаконно от Spirits през 90-те години на 20в.  Компанията оспорва обвиненията, като счита, че притежава марките законно след придобиването им от приватизираната руска държавна компания в началото на 90-те години.
Съдът в Хага излезе с решение по делото. Според съда Spirits е действала недобросъвестно. Документите предоставени като доказателство за приватизацията се считат за съмнителни от съда. Освен това цената на която са придобити световно известните марки е прекалено ниска. Поради това съда присъжда двете марки на Руската Федерация.

Marques Class 46 published an interesting news  concerning the ownership of trademrks "Stolichnaya" and "Moskovskaya". 
The dispute is between Spirits owned by Yuri Shefler on one hand and the Russian Federation on the other. 
According to the authorities in Russia, the two brands were acquired illegally by Spirits in the 90s of the 20th century. The company denies the allegations and believes that legally owns the marks after their acquisition by Russian state-owned company which was privatized in the early 90s. 
The Court in Hague ruled on the case. According to the court Spirits acted in bad faith. Documents submitted as evidence of privatization is considered suspecting by the court. Moreover, the price at which they were acquired was too low. Therefore, the court awarded both marks to the Russian Federation.
