По информация на WIPO България e ратифицирала женевският акт към Хагската спогодба за международна регистрация на промошлени дизайни. Женевският акт ще влезе в сила за България от 7 октомври 2008 година.By The Hague Notification No. 88 the World Intellectual Property Organization has informed of the ratification by the Republic of Bulgaria of the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs. The Geneva Act will enter into force for Bulgaria, on 7 October 2008.
