Marques Class 46 reported news about the victory of Christian Dior in Spain. The Court of Appeals of Barcelona confirmed the decision of the Commercial Court for cancellation of registration of the mark "D10R" because of the strong similarity with the registered trademark of Christian Dior.
As can be observed the cancel trademark contains the letters D and R by the presence among them of the numbers 1 and 0, but visually the mark may cause confusion to consumers because of the strong similarity to DIOR.
