Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean Part of the Netherlands

Saba.
Кралство Холандия вече ще се състой от: Холандия, Curaçao, Sint Maarten и the Caribbean part of the Netherlands ( островите Bonaire, Saint Eustatius и Saba).
Поради това Кралство Холандия подаде ново искане за присъединяване към Хагската спогодба относно Curaçao, Sint Maarten и the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
Спогодбата влиза в сила за Кралство Холандия от 13 декември 2011 година.
Според изискванията на Акта от 1934 година обаче, считано от 1 януари 2010 година, вече не е възможно да се посочват нови имена поради замръзяването на тази опция.
С оглед на това бившите Нидерландски антили ще продължат да са вписани в Хагската спогодба, като в същото време те ще покриват настоящите острови Curaçao, Sint Maarten и the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.

English version

WIPO reported the news that since October 10, 2010, Netherlands Antilles longer exist as part of the Kingdom of Netherlands.
From now they will be presented as islands of Curaçao, Sint Maarten, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba.
The Kingdom of Netherlands will now consist of: Netherlands, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands (islands Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba).
Therefore
the Kingdom of Netherlands submit a new application for accession to the Hague Agreement on Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
The convention enters into force for
the Kingdom of Netherlands from December 13, 2011.
It is recalled, however, that as from January 1, 2010, it is no longer possible to make new designations under the 1934 Act as a result of the freeze of the application of that Act (for more information on the freeze, please refer to Information Notice No. 9/2009). International designs deposited up to that date under the 1934 Act in respect of the territories formerly known as the Netherlands Antilles will continue, throughout the period of international protection, to enjoy in Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean part of the Netherlands the same protection as if they had been deposited directly.
