The Federal Administrative Court излиза с решение, според което марка Intel Inside e общоизвестна марка за чипове и процесори по цял свят, включително и в Швейцария. INTEL filed opposition on the basis of marks Intel Inside. IPO confirmed the opposition. The decision was appealed.
The Federal Administrative Court gave judgment according to which trademark Intel Inside is well-known mark for chips and processors around the world, including in Switzerland. The Court upheld the opposition for these goods and all other goods similar to them. For other goods and services, however, the opposition is rejected.
