Съд в Холандия присъди известните марки за водка Stolichnaya, Moskovskaya на Русия. Това решение идва след 10 годишен спор между държавата и бизнесмена Yuri Shefler, който след разпадането на СССР започва да използва тези и други подобни соц марки чрез компанията си Spirits International. Освен това съдът задължава Shefler да преустанови каквото и да е било използване на марките в Холандия, Белгия и Люксембург.
Русия води съдебни дела с Yuri Shefle за Stolichnaya, Moskovskaya по цял свят с цел да ги възвърне, с което производството под тези марки да може да се осъществява единствено в Русия.

The Court in Netherlands ruled in favour of Russia concerning the law suite about vodka's brands Stolichnaya and Moskovskay. This decision has come true after a 10 years dispute between Russia and the businessman Yuri Shefler which occupied the marks after the end of USSR through its company Spirits International. Furthermore the Court nailed Shefler down to stop using these both trademarks on the territory of Benelux.
Russia carry on a lawsuit with Shefler in many countries around the world with the purpose to make possible the production of vodka under these brands only in Russia.
