Основните обвиняеми са търговските вериги Alba и Centrobuv в които според Adidas се продават имитации на техните продукти.
В едно от делата съдът осъжда Centrobuv да заплати 30 000 рубли обезщетение и конфискация на уличената продукция. В делото срещу Alba, където Adidas претендира за обезщетение от 2,5 милиона рубли, съдът не счита, че е налице нарушение.
Според социологически данни между 40 и 60% от продукцията в Русия е съставена от фалшификати.

Marques Class 46 reported that the German giant Adidas has taken action against imitation of his distinctive products in Russia. For this purpose, Adidas have filed nearly 40 lawsuits against infringers.
The main defendants were retailers Alba and Centrobuv, in which, according to Adidas were sold imitations of their products.
In one of the cases the court ordered Centrobuv, to pay 30 000 rubles damages and confiscation of the infringing products. In the other case against Alba, which Adidas claimed damages of 2.5 million rubles, the court did not consider that an infringement has occurred.
According to sociological data between 40 and 60% of production in Russia is made up of counterfeits.
