Една новина още от месец юни, когато WIPO информира за присъединяването на Великобритания към Виенската спогодба за образните елементи на марките.
Великобритания е декларирала, че се възползва от предвидената възможност в член 4(5) на Спогодбата. Тя влиза в сила за страната от 11.09.2013.

One news releasde in June, when WIPO informed about the UK's accession to the Vienna Agreement Establishing an International Classification of the Figurative Elements of Marks.
The UK has declared that it takes advantagefrom the possibility provided in Article 4 (5) of the Agreement. It shall enter into force for the country on 11/09/2013.
