Marques Class 46 reports about an interesting judgment in India. It concerns a dispute between Whirlpool of India Ltd v Videocon Industries Ltd.
Bombay High Court bans Videocon Industries Ltd. to use the design of washing machine similar to one used by Whirlpool.
The peculiar thing is that Videocon Industries is the owner of a registered design for that washing machine.
