WIPR съобщава новини от конференцията на MARQUES в Копенхаген. Според доклад на Dimitris Botis - Директор правни въпроси в OHIM, броят на получените опозиции срещу регистрации на европейски марки за 2014 година е спаднал с 18%. Това се случва на фона на ръст в броя заявени марки с 2%.
Според представената информация има спад и на заявените дизайни.

WIPR reports an interesting news fro MARQUES's annual conference in Copenhagen. According to the report by Dimitris Botis - deputy director for legal affairs at the OHIM, the number of oppositions against CTM registrations decline with 18% in 2014. This happen despite the raise of trademark applications which is 2% compare with the previous year.
There is decline in design applications too.
